Two visits from us, with your roof in between. Your schedule sets the pace, and we plan around it.

    Send us the job

    Call the Roofer Hotline or submit a request below. We quote the removal and reinstall and lock in dates around your roof schedule.

    • Property and homeowner

      The address and the homeowner's contact, so we can coordinate access with them.

    • Panel count or a roof photo

      Helps us scope the job and quote it quickly.

    • Roof type and target dates

      Tile, shingle, foam or metal, and when your crew plans to start.

    • Anything already wrong

      Damaged panels or a system that's down. We'll note it before anything comes off.

  2. 02 · Visit 1

    Removal day

    • Before photos

      We document the array layout and any existing damage before it comes down.

    • Safe shutdown

      We shut the system down and disconnect it from the grid.

    • Panels, racking and wiring off

      Removed as the job needs, so your crew has a clear roof.

    • Labeled and stored on site

      Everything is labeled and stacked where we agree with the homeowner.

    You do the roof

    • Your schedule sets the pace

      Weather, materials and roof inspections move dates. We adjust.

    • Leave the stored equipment in place

      We'll move it when it's time to reinstall.

    • Roof done? Call us

    • We keep the homeowner posted

      Their solar is off until reinstall. We explain that up front, so they don't call you about it.

    Reinstall day

    • Flashed roof mounts

      Panels go back on flashed mounts, backed by our 10-year penetration warranty.

    • Reconnect

      Wiring and inverter reconnected and the system turned back on.

    • Test

      Full string voltage tests, and we check that monitoring is reporting again.

    • Walkthrough

      We go over the work with the homeowner before we leave.
